Called simply for some information on a tracking number and the first man that answered immediately passed me off to someone else while i was in MID-SENTENCE. Then the wench of a woman I was so blessed to talk with said (without explanation or hearing my concern), we don't have your package, sorry, bye. Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. I will always drive the extra 10 miles to Pine Island just to avoid it.
